My promise to you

As your coach and mentor, I offer the highest quality attention, attunement and presence while showing up in integrity to your healing journey. I respect the vulnerable open heartedness required to do our work. I am here to be of service to you and your process. I encourage folks to ‘‘risk the relationship if it’s in service of the relationship,” which means letting the dishonest version die to make room for a more healthy version. What is a healthier version? The agreement that creates more space for each person in the relationship to be ALL the way them, no conditions, no strings. No longer letting fear of disappointment, rejection or abandonment run the show. That’s what it means to show up in integrity. Honest, kind, and truthful, taking radical responsibility for what is mine, trusting what you need without forcing my own agenda on you. I don’t play to win, I play to keep playing.

I first and foremost show up to move you out of your self doubt to support you remembering your wholeness. I work with you to heal emotional trauma and stabilize your nervous system into a more regulated state, to free up the drag it’s creating in you system. I train you into mental fitness and expand your capacity to handle more of what life serves up so you can stay focused on what really matters.

I am sensitive and thoughtful when unpacking the hard to be with stuff and am not interested in letting you get away with deceiving yourself when the truth shows up. I will not use new agey language to gaslight you or assume a position of authority in your process when your own wisdom is emerging to guide you, nor will I exploit your pain or try to upsell you when you are in an altered state. I will be honest and straightforward, track you closely over time and remind you of what you are committed to when you slip into patterns of self sabotage and self deception. I show up with trust for your pace and process, and the nonlinearity of the healing journey while encouraging you to move towards what lights you up and boldly claim what you want, rather than enable escapist or bypassing patterns.

I won't make false promises of what you’ll get out of coaching or posture as if I know the ultimate Truth, but I will lead you to solutions you couldn’t previously see that will unlock potential you’ve been craving to realize.

What you get is what you put in, coaching is deeply collaborative and trains you to get back to your own community so you can lead with clarity and collaborate confidently and generously. I will not encourage you to seek answers outside of yourself or claim any one modality, method or practice will solve all your answers and take away your pain. I am a fierce believer in human potential and the creative capacity of the human spirit, I have seen clients do things they never thought possible, and become versions of themselves they only dreamed of. You will change in this process. Where you get in your community depends on how well you show up, and how long you work at it.

I teach and educate and train. I have an insatiable curiosity about what makes us human, how we make meaning and what we are here to do, including what is possible when we engage with our own infinite potential with an open hand and curious inquiry.

The world needs more people who are doing what makes them come alive. I am committed to letting soul force guide us and have an unwavering passion for this work we do together. My capacity to bring presence to the darkest of your inner terrain is noteworthy, I guide folks to places within their own psyche and experience others have failed to guide them to. I have an incredible capacity to track patterns, problem solve and oscialte between zooming in, to comb through the fine details of your experience while holding the bigger picture in mind.

I believe in the miraculous healing capacity and innate wisdom of the body and default to a wholistic understanding, a “whole body approach” to self development and transformation. My 30+ years of dance experience sets me apart from other practitioners. Embodiment is second nature to me, I guide you in a process that is meant to sustain ongoing change over the course of your life because it involves ALL of you, not just your “higher self”, not just your mind, but your entire being, life force and creative potential. You will change and evolve over the course of your life, I’m here to witness, support and guide you for as many steps as you'd like me there for. You are free to come and go, and come back again.

I will be as trauma-informed, open source and transparent about the lineage and source for all content I bring into the space as possible. I offer insights from my own lived experience, and redirect you back to the greater communities wisdom emerges from. I see myself as one person efforting in an ongoing process of collective liberation in which everyone’s participation is critical to realize. I am here to help you get free so you can return and be of service to your own community to pay it forward, guided by your own genius. This work must be shared, open sourced and anti fragile if we are going to get through the challenges ahead. The way through adapts alongside you, I provide you with a way to heal, serve and inspire that is responsive and adaptable, intended to be carried forward beyond the coaching container into the rest of your life.
