For years, I overrode my body’s signals. I thought if I just worked harder, cared more, or kept people happy, eventually I would feel like the version of me I so desperately craved to be.
Courageous, confident, unabashedly myself, and trusting in my connections.
Instead, I felt like an imposter. Like everyone was in on some script for life I never got, like I was just too serious, too much, too sensitive.
I ended up exhausted, resentful, and disconnected from myself, struggling to belong, and trust my own decision making.
I began to lose faith I’d ever really feel well.
But then everything changed.
I learned how to reframe my thinking, slow down and reconnect to my own rhythms. I began to see my patterns and behavior as deeply adaptive, rather than a problem to solve.
That’s why I created Shifting Patterns into Power—to share what I’ve learned, and give you a clear, simple way to notice where you’re leaking energy or getting stuck, and how to turn towards that very place as your greatest source of strength.
