ABOUT THE WORK
Somatic coaching is a body-based approach to personal development. It moves beyond “I think therefor I am”, to encompass other systems of knowing, inlcuding your emotions, gut instincts and intuition. It focuses on how your physical sensations, nervous system, and inner awareness impact your thoughts, choices, and relationships. Unlike therapy, it doesn’t diagnose or treat mental illness—it’s more future-focused and centered around growth, embodiment, and aligned action.
Many emotional and psychological patterns live in the body. Through somatic coaching, you’ll learn to recognize and regulate your internal states, understand your needs, and express yourself with clarity—whether that’s saying no with integrity, processing overwhelm, or staying present in high-stress situations.
